The 60-day guarantee
Every Sugar Reset order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. The window is counted from the date of purchase, not from the date of delivery. This is the detail buyers most often miss, so it is stated first: start the bottle the week it arrives.
What is required
The manufacturer asks that you use the drops for at least 30 days before requesting a refund. That is not a hurdle for its own sake — reported changes in this category cluster at week three or four, and a 10-day trial is not a trial.
How to request a refund
Email support@sugarresetstore.com with your order number and the reason. You will receive a return authorisation and the address to send the bottles to, including any unopened ones. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service so the parcel can be traced.
When you will be refunded
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the returned parcel being received and checked. Your bank may add a few days on top. The refund covers the purchase price; original shipping fees, where paid, are not refundable.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace the order at no cost. Damage in transit is our problem to solve, not yours.
Marketplace purchases
This guarantee applies only to orders placed on the Sugar Reset official website. Bottles bought on Amazon, eBay, Walmart or any other marketplace are outside the authorised distribution and cannot be refunded here.
