Processing
Orders placed before 3:00pm ET on a business day are picked the same day; everything else goes out the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking email when the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping inside the United States on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle schedules. The 2-bottle schedule pays a standard shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery estimates
Most US addresses receive the parcel in 3 to 6 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii and remote addresses can take a little longer. Estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays, weather and holiday volume all affect transit.
Tracking
Tracking activates within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch. If it has not moved for five business days, email support@sugarresetstore.com with your order number and we will open a trace.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can correct an address before dispatch; after dispatch the parcel has to complete its journey and be returned to us before we can resend.
International orders
Where international delivery is offered, transit runs longer and any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the customer’s responsibility. Free shipping applies to US addresses only.
Lost or damaged parcels
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with photographs and we will replace the order.
